Susanne Williams -
Office Manager
Susanne is an Ophthalmic Coding Specialist that has over thirty years experience in medical practice administration, and has worked in all areas of the administrative office. She joined the Eye & Laser Center of Starkville staff in 2004 as office manager. Susanne is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives.

Lorri Hopper -
Ophthalmic Assistant
Lorri is an Ophthalmic Coding Specialist that has been working at the Eye & Laser Center since Summer 2005 add that she has over 15 years of experience. She is a certified ophthalmic assistant.

Amber Moore -
Refractive Surgery Coordinator
Amber has been working at the Eye & Laser Center since Spring 2007. She is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and also assists in surgery. Amber has 4 years experience as a surgical technician.

Connie Donaldson - Receptionist
Connie has been working at Eye & Laser Center since spring 2010 as our receptionist. She has 7 years of medical office experience.

Anna Holmes -
Ophthalmic Assistant
Anna is Board Certified Optician, and has been part of the Eye & Laser Center since Fall 2007. She is a technician and also helps in optical. Anna has over 5 years experience as an optician.

Dawn Colbert -
Insurance Coordinator
Dawn has been working at the Eye & Laser Center since Spring 2009. She has worked with insurance and billing for over 20 years and serves as the insurance biller for the practice. She is currently studying for her Certified Coding Specialist and Ophthalmic Coding Specialist credentials.

Diane Parker -
Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Diane has been working at Eye & Laser Center since winter 2010. She has worked with coding and processing insurance for over 22 years. She is currently pursuing her credentials as a Certified Coding Specialist.

Jarod Lee -
ABOC
Jarod has been working at Eye & Laser Center since fall 2009. He is American Board of Opticianry Certified for over 6 years. He has over 8 years in the optical field. His duties include helping patient with selecting glasses and performing adjustments, as well as contact lens fittings.
